Code of Canon Law 1388 §1

Can. 1388 §1. A confessor who directly violates the sacramental seal incurs a latae sententiae excommunication reserved to the Apostolic See; one who does so only indirectly is to be punished according to the gravity of the delict.

My Two Cents Worth

Does a Diocese, Archdiocese and Vatican only do one-sided fact gathering? In my case, yes.

Why else would a presbyter who violated the Seal of My Confession be promoted, to such an undeserved office in the Vatican? He lied his butt off, to get that post. God bless him.

Justice can be skewered, in the Catholic Church, because I’ve witnessed and experienced it, first hand.

A Prelate dared to call me a liar – thru his 5 lawyers – died after he got back from Rome, and he was found dead on the Feast Day of St. John Nepomucene.

In April —- I prayed:

“God defend me like you did the Israelites and Moses, against the Pharaoh and his armies. Saint John Nepomucene they have 5 lawyers, and I have none. Help GOD to defend me, please. Thank you.”

I prayed this prayer until May 16 —-.

And I am very grateful that God defended me. Big time!

I did not ask him to ‘take out my enemy’ but God thought this was best.

But, it appears to me that God did end up defending me, like He did Moses against the Pharaoh. and his armies. God must have missed me big time, at Mass. Let just say, I took the Priest’s punishment, because he was too big a baby to take his own punishment. If I thought it would convert him, I’d have gladly done his punishment. But, no one who is not held responsible for their own sins, ever learns anything from you doing their punishment. The only thing they learn, is that they got away with it. God bless liars, cheats and thieves!

The prelate calling me a liar was found dead on the feast day of St John Nepomucene. I know St John Nepomucene acted as my Defense Lawyer at that Prelate’s Particular Judgment Day.

Do I think that Prelate went to hell? No. Purgatory maybe. I really do not know the sentence he got, from God. I do pray for the repose of his soul.

I asked Ss. John Nepomucene and John Vianney to pray for him, since February 14, that year. So, I know they also prayed for his salvation, and to make a good confession before he left Rome. So, I am grateful if he chose to listen, to these saint’s urging’s to confess, before leaving the Vatican. That I sense, big time. I know those two saints had everyone’s best interests, at heart. That Prelate died as soon as he got back from Rome. God, not the Vatican, knew the real story, not the cover-up story, demonizing me.

The other prelate suddenly got heart problems. GOD shut down their evil plans, by showing His Mighty hand, in my favor.

I have seen GOD’s marvelous deeds, done for me and mine – and no, no, no, I am not worthy of any of them. I am the biggest sinner out there. But, God did “defend me” big time! I will sing His Praises forever – for defending me.

“Jesus – I trust in You.”

Read here: Saint John Nepomucene (Nepomuk) Bohemian priest who died rather than reveal the sins of the Queen confessed to him. The King tried to get him to reveal them, but St John Nepoucene refused to tell, the King. So, the King threw him in a river. God lit up the area above the river, where St John was thrown.

“Dear St John Nepomucene: I love your eternal priestly concern, for me. Thanks for defending me, so many times, but especially on your feast day May 16, —-. You are a priest forever, according to the Order of Melchizedek.

Third Party Gossips from My Diocese, Archdiocese, EWTN and Rome – don’t know squat! Their ignorance shows. Big time.

Just remember – Saint John Nepomucene – weighed in on my side; not my opponents who read my blog for “gotcha’s.”

It’s personal. Real personal, when I take that priest’s punishment, and not him.

Offering it up only goes so far. God weighs in eventually. And, in my case He weighed in on MY SIDE not their’s.

The Vatican has updated the Papal Coat of Arms

20130328-164229.jpg

VATICAN CITY (CNS) — The papal coat of arms has undergone a few major adjustments to more clearly reflect the symbolism of Mary and St. Joseph.

The five-pointed star has been replaced with an eight-pointed star, and the spikenard flower looks more like a flower rather than a bunch of grapes, as it did in its original form.

The Vatican published the new coat of arms on its website March 27.

Pope Francis: Mass at Vatican parish and Angelus

(Vatican Radio) Pope Francis celebrated Mass on Sunday in the parish church of Vatican City, dedicated to St. Anne, the mother of Our Lady. The choir intoned the Attende, Domine! at the entrance, and the readings were those of the fifth Sunday of Lent: from the prophet, Isaiah; Psalm 126 – the Lord has done great things for us; the Letter of St Paul the Apostle to the Philippians; and a reading from the Gospel according to St John, in which the woman caught in adultery and subject under law to death by stoning, is presented to Jesus for judgment, and he says, “Let the one among you who is without sin be the first to cast his stone.” “He has come for us,” said Pope Francis in his homily, “when we recognize that we are sinners.” Mercy, in fact, was the key lesson and the Good News proclaimed this Sunday. “Mercy,” said Pope Francis, “is the Lord’s most powerful message.”Listen

Speaking without a prepared text, Pope Francis said, “If we are like the Pharisee before the altar, [who said], ‘Thank you, Lord, for not making me like all the other men, and especially not like that fellow at the door, like that publican…,’ well, then we do not know the heart of the Lord, and we shall not ever have the joy of feeling this mercy.” Pope Francis went on to say, “It is not easy to entrust oneself to the mercy of God, because [His mercy] is an unfathomable abyss – but we must do it!” Pope Francis continued, “He has the ability to forget, [which is] special: He forgets [our sins], He kisses you, He embraces you, and He says to you, ‘Neither do I condemn you. Go, and from now, on, sin no more.’ Only that counsel does He give you.” Pope Francis concluded, saying, “We ask for the grace of never tiring of asking pardon, for He never tires of pardoning.”

At the end of Mass, after receiving the greetings of the pastor of the parish, Fr. Bruno Silvestrini, OSA, and the Archpriest of St Peter’s Basilica and vicar-general for Vatican City, Cardinal Angelo Comastri, Pope Francis thanked the whole parish community, as well as those who had travelled from afar to be in Rome during these days. He made especial mention of Fr. Gonzalo Aemilius, the director of the Liceo Jubilar Juan Pablo II in Uruguay, which educates poor and at-risk children and young people. “I don’t know how he came to be here today,” said Pope Francis. “Pray for him,” he said. Following the Mass, just like a local parish priest, Pope Francis greeted parishioners at the church door, before going briefly to the crowd gathered outside the St Anne’s Gate.

After returning into the church to take off his liturgical vestments, Pope Francis again greeted the faithful outside, before making his way to his study and the window overlooking St Peter’s Square, below which was gathered a crowd 300 thousand-strong, more than rivalling the throng of people who braved cold, rain and dark to meet the Pope on Wednesday – the night of his election – and receive his blessing for the first time. Dozens of national flags were visible in the packed Square, and a deafening cheer went up when, at last, Pope Francis appeared. Mercy was once again the cornerstone of his reflections ahead of the traditional prayer of Marian devotion.

He told a story, of an elderly widow he encountered during a Mass for the sick celebrated in connection with a visit of the image of Our Lady of Fatima. “I went to confession during the Mass,” he said, “and near the end – I had to go to do confirmations afterward, and an elderly lady approached me – humble [she was] so very humble, more than eighty years old. I looked at her, and said, ‘Grandmother,’ – where I come from, we call elderly people grandmother and grandfather – ‘would you like to make your confession?’ ‘Yes,’ she said – and I said, ‘but, if you have not sinned…’ and she said, ‘we all have sinned.’ [I replied], ‘if perhaps He should not forgive [you]?’ and, sure, she replied, ‘The Lord forgives everything.’ I asked, ‘How do you know this for sure, madam?’ and she replied, ‘If the Lord hadn’t forgiven all, then the world wouldn’t [still] be here.’ And, I wanted to ask her, ‘Madam, did you study at the Gregorian (the Pontifical Gregorian University, founded in 1551 by St Ignatius Loyola, the oldest Jesuit university in the world)?’ – because that is wisdom, which the Holy Spirit gives – interior wisdom regarding the mercy of God. Let us not forget this word: God never tires of forgiving us,” he repeated, “but we sometimes tire of asking Him to forgive us.” Pope Francis went on to say, “Let us never tire of asking God’s forgiveness.”

Pope Francis receives keys to Papal Apartments

Boy he has to walk across the room, to turn on the light. Haven’t the Vatican staff ever thought to put the light switch by the door? You would think, that they would have thought about this, given the Popes are usually old by the time, they live there. I hope he has good rubber soles, even on his slippers to walk on those slippery floors. He looks like he’s in the state of shock still, over being elected Pope, and having his every move video taped. And, here I am participating in it.   :-/

Plus those skeleton keys and locks can be easily picked. Don’t they know that too?
