What is HAARP?
High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, HAARP (1993)
The HAARP Program is jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy, and is based in Gakona, Alaska. It is designed to “understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems.” The HAARP system intends to beam 3.6 Gigawatts of effective radiated power of high frequency radio energy into the ionosphere in order to:
(1). Generate extremely low frequency (ELF) waves for communicating with submerged submarines
(2). Conduct geophysical probes to identify and characterize natural ionospheric processes so that techniques can be developed to mitigate or control them
(3). Generate ionospheric lenses to focus large amounts of high frequency energy, thus providing a means of triggering ionospheric processes that potentially could be exploited for Department of Defense purposes,
Electron acceleration for infrared (IR) and other optical emissions which could be used to control radio wave propagation properties
(4). Generate geomagnetic field aligned ionization to control the reflection/scattering properties of radio waves,
(5). Use oblique heating to produce effects on radio wave propagation, thus broadening the potential military applications of ionospheric enhancement technology.

Pope Francis’ Telegram to Victims of Oklahoma Tornado
Here is the telegram sent by Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, Vatican Secretary of State, to Archbishop Paul S. Coakley of Oklahoma City expressing Pope Francis’ sympathy for the victims of the tragic tornado that struck Oklahoma City yesterday.

The Holy Father has followed with deep concern the aftermath of the devastating tornado which has struck Oklahoma and he asks you convey to the entire community the assurance of his solidarity and closeness in prayer. Conscious of the tragic loss of life and the immensity of the work of rebuilding that lies ahead, he asks Almighty God to grant eternal rest to the departed, comfort to the afflicted, and strength and hope to the homeless and the injured. In a particular way he commends to the Father of mercies the many young children among the victims and their grieving families. Upon the local civil and religious leaders, and upon all involved in the relief efforts, His Holiness invokes the Risen Lord’s gifts of consolation, strength and perseverance in every good.

My Condolences to all the People who have lost Loved Ones today or yesterday – especially in Moore, OK.
I took a Prayer Break at 4:17 pm EST. Oklahoma is an hour behind me. I must of been praying and offering my minor sufferings, for them, today.

Ellsinore, MO tornado – May 25, 2011
God gave me a premonition about this tornado, four days before it hit Ellsinore. I told my ex, if a tornado comes hide in the bathroom or hallway. His house trailer was totalled, but he came out w/o a scratch. Thanks be to God.

Tornadoes tore through KS, MO, IL, IN, and KY on February 29, 2012 – Leap Day.
I have lived through a Tornado, when I lived in Missouri; that did damage like this. It makes you scared every time it gets stormy outside, thereafter.
My son used to live in Branson, MO. I sure am glad he doesn’t live there anymore. I have family in MO, IL and KS. And, some are on vacation. I am a bit worried, but I am praying my rosary, right now with Mother Angelica on EWTN. I hope it helps those affected by these unexpected crosses. May those who lost their lives, rest in peace, via the Mercy of God. Tornadoes tore through KS, MO, IL, IN, and KY, on Leap Day, February 29, 2012.
