German Government Promotes Incest.

“International outrage is growing over booklets distributed by a subsidiary of the German government that encourage parents to sexually massage children as young as one year and to allow “unlimited masturbation.””

“The European Union Times (EUT) is reporting that two booklets entitled “Love, Body and Playing Doctor” are being promoted by the German Federal Health Education Center (Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung – BZgA). Aimed at parents, the first booklet addresses toddlers age one to three and the other is for children ages 4-6 years of age.”
