Wikipedia’s Eye Color Information

My mom had dark brown eyes and her family was from Scotland and Ireland. My dad had all green eyes and his family came from the Netherlands.

I have hazel eyes. God wanted me to have light brown and green eyes, like both of my parents.

One of my sons had bluish/green eyes, and the other two had light brown eyes. Their dad had eyes, but I know longer recall what color they were. I think they were green or light brown. That’s so weird, that I no longer recall his eye color.

Our grandkids have blue eyes, and a few of them, have light brown eyes.

I wonder where the blue came from? Probably their mothers.

It’s so interesting how God has made us all different, yet an admixture of our ancestry.
