Mother’s Meringue Recipe!
3 Egg Whites
4 Tablespoons Sugar (1/4 Cup)
**Add 1/4 Teaspoon of Cream of Tartar
**My Mom never used “Cream of Tartar.” But, my sisters swears by it!
In a bowl beat these ingredients, with a mixer, until stiff peaks form.
Wait until the Pie has cooled down, before adding the Meringue.
Pour Meringue on top of your Lemon Meringue Pies or Coconut Cream Pies.
