Mother of Perpetual Help Prayers
St Luke painted this Icon of Our Mother of Perpetual Help, probably while she was still alive. He must have interviewed Mary for the “Infancy narratives” of Jesus Christ, her son. This Icon is very, very old, since the beginning of the Church. The name of this Icon is: “Mother of Perpetual Help.” her Feast Day is Today: June 27.
Traditional Prayer to Our Mother of Perpetual Help
O God, Who hast willed that the Mother of Thine Only-begotten Son should be the perpetual succor of Christians on earth, grant us grace to call on her with confidence in all our necessities of soul and body, so that, saved through her protection and assistance, we may be brought to the everlasting vision of Thy glory in Heaven, through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.
Consecration to Our Lady of Perpetual Help
DESIRING to consecrate myself entirely to the service of the ever Blessed Virgin Mary, from whom, after God, I expect all help and assistance in life and in death, I unite myself to the members of the pious archconfraternity, which has been erected in honor of Our Mother of Perpetual Help.

Saint Luke, the Evangelist, who wrote the Gospel of St Luke, had to have “Interviewed” Mary, for her “Infancy Narratives of Jesus.” Mary had to have been okay with this painting he did of Mary and Baby Jesus, called “Mother of Perpetual Help.” Recall, Jesus gave us His Mother, to be Our Own, as He was dying on His Cross, “Behold your mother.” We would do well to listen to Jesus and obey. His last will was to give us, His Mother, to be Our Mother. Don’t ever question or doubt His Words. June 27th, is Our Mother of Perpetual Help’s Feast Day. St Luke painted this Icon of Our Lady.

Mowing and stacking wood w/ God’s help!
I mowed my neighbor’s yard yesterday because he’s on vacation. So, I am a bit tired, already. My yard is a 5 hour job, plus stacking wood, the gang scattered.
I already prayed my Morning Prayers and Morning Offering, for the gang’s conversions. Although some days I’d like to whoop their butts – legally I cannot do that.
Boy oh boy I could do these chores faster, and with more energy, when I was young. But, God will provide the strength. “Jesus, I trust in You!“
I prayed for everybody, so I’m almost ready to mow. Have a great day, evening or night.
