WASHINGTON, March 7, 2012 —Under question from Senator Jeff Sessions at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing today, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey indicated that “International Permission,” rather than Congressional approval, provided a ‘Legal Basis’ for Military Action by the United States.

Senator Jeff Sessions said, to Leon Panetta, “That is against US War Powers Act.”

IMHO: Obama thumbs his nose at the Republic’s Constitution – Just like the Dictator Chavez did in Venezuela – when he took over his country and disregarded it’s Constitution and sought to take over the media and boss the Catholic Church around. Obama “outs” himself.

Obama is PURE EVIL. He has totally given himself to the Father of Lies.

Obama has to have permission from Congress, not NATO, UN or any other Global Entity. Obama is bypassing Our US Constitution and Our US Congress. That is a Treasonable Offense. Any kind of lying back talk, done like double talk is still evident the the US President is violating the role of the US Congress and We the People who elected them to represent us. Obama is following the playbook of Cesar Chavez in the take over of Venezuela. Chavez usurped Venezuelan Constitution and attacked the Catholic Church, and took over the Media and Radio Stations, TV Stations and Banks. It is interesting to NOTE THAT OBAMA visited Cesar Chavez in January 2009, shortly after being inaugurated as President; despite legal actions that were and still are going on, about his authentic and valid, Citizenship in the United States of America, being in question, to this day.
