United Nations Organization set to Monitor US Polling Places on Election Day:
The United Nations-affiliated Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe will deploy election monitors around the United States on Election Day in an effort to monitor conservative groups for voter suppression or intimidation at polling places.
Led by Ambassador Daan Everts, the election monitors will include a total of 57 international experts and observers — 13 placed in Washington, D.C. and 44 placed at polling places on other cities.
UN Backed OSCE Sending Observers To Monitor U.S. Election:
In a move that has Michael Moore celebrating and Conservatives outraged, the United Nations backed Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe announced it will be sending observers to monitor the 2012 election for President of the United States. The OSCE is a United Nations partner on democratization and human rights projects.
Republicans have pointed out the states specifically mentioned in the letter are states where the Democrats lost important elections, states where complaints were filed concerning voter fraud by illegal aliens, or states that are key battlegrounds in the upcoming election. They were particularly incensed over the mention of Wisconsin, which they feel is in retaliation for Governor Scott Walker successfully winning the recall election despite the massive influx of Democratic funding and out of state Democratic campaign workers.

Connie Mack: U.N. works against U.S., should be defunded:
GOP U.S. Senate candidate U.S. Rep. Connie Mack IV is calling the United Nations reported interest in monitoring American elections “reprehensible” and said the United States should defund the international organization.
“The very idea that the United Nations – the world body dedicated to diminishing America’s role in the world — would be allowed, if not encouraged, to install foreigners sympathetic to the likes of Castro, Chavez, Ahmadinejad, and Putin to oversee our elections is nothing short of disgusting.
“For years the United Nations has aggressively worked against the best interests of our country and many of our allies. The UN’s actions and intentions toward the United States have been nothing short of reprehensible.
“Every American should be outraged by this news! The United States must defund the United Nations. The United Nations should be kicked off of American soil once and for all. And the American people should demand that the United Nations be stopped from ‘monitoring’ American elections. The only ones who should ever oversee American elections are Americans.”
