A Memorial Day for the Army of Jesus.
Reblogged from Pastor Mike Says:
Today here in the U.S., we are celebrating Memorial Day. It's a day we set aside each year to honor those who lost their lives in the defense of this country. One of my annual rites of passage I do this time of year is to watch a show called the Band of Brothers. It's the true story of an…

The Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary
St Padre Pio said, of the Catholic Prayer called the Rosary: “Where is my weapon?” We are in a Spiritual Battle. We are “The Church Militant”, while we are on earth. We are “The Church Suffering” if we die and go to Purgatory. We are “The Church Triumphant” when we are in Heaven.
If we go to hell, then there we reside in Eternal Death.
Pray for the Souls in Purgatory. They really need it. Pray for everybody on earth. We really need it too.
Our Lady is Queen of Martyrs, because no one has suffered as much, as her. Queen Conceived w/o sin pray for US who have recourse to thee. Immaculate Conception, Patroness of The United States of America, pray for us!

Saints and Soldiers (Trailer)
A war movie, that’s not just pointless, gratuitous violence. It has a moral to it, in the end. One part was weird but the rest was believable. PG-13 Rating.
Mom required my younger sister and I to play my only brother’s games. So I learned to play “war” as a little girl. Without being in the military, I know all about Militant Catholicism. I chose a Military Soldier as my Patroness. St Joan of Arc.
St Joan of Arc – Patron Saint of Soldiers!
I didn’t pick a coward, for my Patron Saint. I picked a Military Leader, who got her Military Plans, from Saint Michael the Archangel. May she pray with us for our military. West Point used to study her military plans. They are brilliant! Yet now we have an Enemy Combatant, as our US President. God will hide “the profound” from him, because he does not live, in God’s Holy Will.
I was confirmed, at age 9. She rode a horse, and I was a Tom-Boy, who lived on a 40 acre farm, with my folks. She went out in a blaze of glory, or gory. She died saying “Jesus, Jesus, Jesus!” She was betrayed by her King, Excommunicated by an English Bishop and burned at the stake as a witch by the Catholic Church. It took her mother and brother 25 years, to clear her name and have the Excommunication lifted and her name exonerated by a Pope. Hers was a red martyrdom.
Her valor, was phenomenal. “St Joan of Arc, pray for us!”
St Joan of Arc was born 600 years ago, on the Feast of the Epiphany, January 6th. May 30th is her Feast Day.
No offense Father, but you’re a wus! (Tear in the Desert Pt 1)
No offense Father, but you’re a wus!
It’s not about you, it’s about that soldier, Edward whom you delayed to help.
He was hanging on, to die in peace and comfort.
Remember that, next time, you delay, to obey a commanding officer.
You’re not going to be asked if you wrote a book about how you felt, but rather how you made Jesus wait, in the person, of that soldier.
That soldier was the hero. Not you.
You are called to serve, not be served!
You hesitated to serve. Confess it!
“Me, myself and I” are not supposed, to be in a soldier’s vocabulary.
I’m a Catholic. But, I’m not a stupid one.
I don’t suffer fools!
