Predator Drones to Replace 120 National Guards in Battle Creek MI

Senator Levin in West Michigan

Stealth Survellience is coming to Michigan.

“Currently Levin is weighing proposed Pentagon cuts that would mean about 120 jobs lost at the Air National Guard Base in Battle Creek but would also bring in unmanned drones to the base.”

This is so evil, given that Senator Carl Levin and Senator John McCain co-sponsored the infamous NDAA. The NDAA gives the US Gov’t “Power” to arrest Americans without due process, for any reason, without a trial and indefinitely.

This is Orwellian and against our freedoms, that are protected by the US Constitution that these folks are “usurping,” big time.

I smell a rat. This does not sit well with me.

Bought me a New Printer from HP today.

I prefer shopping, online. It will be here Friday or next Monday. It looks like what I need.

“Thank you God, for my new Printer from HP. HP OfficeJet 6500A e-All-In-One, with e-Print, so I can use it with my cell phone. I want to get that online business started and I needed a Wireless Fax and Printer, Copier, Scanner. At least I have convinced myself, that that is what I need. Guide me all the way.”

It looks like a dandy! Hope it works as well as it looks.

Yet, I want to add a Catholic Gift Shop, on it. If it looks funky, I’ll see if Yahoo or Amazon would be a better venue for a Online Store. This way I can try out and see on a smaller budget, if this store is going to take off. No use going hog-wild, if there isn’t very much business for this. Plus on Amazon, you have to work on Sunday. That is not something, I want to do, unless push comes to shove.

When I heard a Judgmental Commentary

about a Group of People today, I cringed.

Then I thought of the Indian Proverb;

“Don’t judge a man, until you’ve walked a mile in his moccasins.”

So, recalling this Indian Proverb helped me cope with it.

Christ‘s words, “Don’t judge and you will not be judged” also, came to mind.

And, from His Cross, Jesus had the courage to pray,

“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they are doing.”

The “ISM’s” that people use to divide others from Community are usually given out of fear-based or judgmental decisions.

All of us have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God,

so, we must not stew, but quickly forgive one another,

if we want to be forgiven.

I have read many wonderful reflections during this first week of Lent. Unfortunately, I grew up in a faith tradition that largely ignored the Christian calendar, even Lent. The good news is that I have seen that changing in recent years. As for me, it has been nice to read the Lenten prayers, reflections and meditations of others. It is as if they are filling in the gaps for me left by my upbringing.

then do go, to daily Mass. Why?
